this past week, i committed to showing up for myself and honestly, it’s already making a difference.
i started working with a fitness coach for some much needed structure, accountability, and support let me just say it’s not about perfection, it’s about progress. and this week, i saw it in action. i worked out 5 out of 7 days, pushed past moments where i wanted to quit, and made smarter choices around food and recovery. the result? i lost 0.5 pounds. that might seem small to some, but to me it’s everything. that half pound represents dedication, sweat, and the beginning of real change. my coach has helped me shift my mindset from all or nothing to consistency over intensity. i’m learning that success doesn’t always look like big dramatic numbers it looks like showing up even when it’s hard. especially when it’s hard. i’m feeling stronger, more energized, and proud of myself for that step to better myself and i’m going to keep showing up no matter what because i know that i can keep on doing this
No matter how tough it gets, I’ve always believed in myself. The journey isn’t easy losing weight, finding the energy, staying motivated it all takes real strength. But every step forward, no matter how small, proves I’m capable of becoming the strongest version of me.
